About Us
AZX Logistics was established in 1833 and was acquired by The X Group in 2021. Denholm Global Logistics and AZ Logistics merged to create AZX Good Logistics in January 2024.
AZX Logistics is part of the 5th-generation family-owned business, J.J.X Ltd. Founded in 1866, The AZX Group operates across four key areas: Shipping, Logistics, Seafoods, and Industrial Services. Our rich heritage is something we are proud of, and it has made us who we are today.
